Support for Windows has ended. Hourly rates have changed.

As our focus is on Linux and Unix, we have been tapering off support for Windows. As the last of our Windows based clients have switched to Unix or Linux, we have ended support for Windows.

The base service rate is now $75.00 per hour.

On-site visits have a one-hour minimum charge. Time beyond the first hour bills in 15 minute increments.
Work performed in our office or by remote has a half-hour minimum charge. Time beyond the first half hour bills in 15 minute increments.

We have a new hosting company for our web site - Rochen Ltd.

Rochen was very quick to set up our new hosting account. We were able to begin uploading files within a few minutes of signing up and paying.

They also immediately e-mailed a copy of the paid invoice in PDF format. That saves us some time in the office as we don't have to convert the invoice to PDF ourselves. It can be archived right away.

Rochen's servers are fast. Very fast. We've never seen our site load so quickly or an FTP upload take so little time. Rochen also has a great many customers who are saying very positive things about server reliability and customer service quality.

Although, we've only just switched, there's already been a huge gain in quality of service and ease of use. Considering what we moved from, the difference is like night and day.
